Well lets hope its blooming soon, this is the first year that I have made proper use of my polytunnel, I have both beds planted up now with almost everything I could possibly need to feed myself through the summer. All I have to do now is make it bug proof to stop them getting to it first. I hate using insectasides and chemical sprays and prefer to do battle in person so its time for slug and snail patrols and butterfly nets for the cabbage white's (boy can they eat!) did you know that if you listen very carefully in the garden on a quite summers eve you can hear the little critters eating your food as you search for them. Maybe they would dine for longer if they could eat with better manners.
cheers for now from the Space Welder ArtsApart.co.uk
